Officials of the PPC visited the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw, and had an exchange of views with Inspector General Edyta Bielak-Jomaa on Mar 7, 2017.
The PPC officials provided an explanation of the PPC’s recent activities and the establishment of cabinet order, commission rules, etc. aimed at fully implementing the Amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information, while the Inspector General covered a range of issues including the enforcement framework and enforcement activities’ records etc. In addition, both parties exchanged views on cross-border flow of personal data etc.
